System 15 an advanced seamless application was specified for a 1960s apartment complex in Carshalton, Surrey.

System 15 is an advanced seamless application, designed for fast, cost-effective refurbishment projects. It has replaced the entire 700m2 roof at New Colebrook Court, which had deteriorated after only 10 years.

The innovative cold application package delivers a seamless finish that is backed by a 15 year guarantee and, because it has a life expectancy of more than 20 years, it promises to outlive its predecessor. It was chosen for the project by roofing specialists LHC Roofing.
