Acrypol's Metal-Kote has completely transformed Penlan Housing Estate near Swansea, giving several hundred post War homes a brand new lease of life.

Penlan Housing Estate was constructed shortly after the Second World War and Acrypol, the UK’s most experienced manufacturers of quality waterproofing solutions were called on for their Metal-Kote to refurbish and protect thousands of Square Metres of profiled metal roofing.

Metal-Kote means more than a simple facelift for the homes. It will give continued protection from rust and general decay of the metal roofing, whilst improving its waterproofing performance and creating a better looking, cleaner roof surface for many years to come.

Acrypol has been supplying fine quality waterproofing solutions to Local Authorities and Housing Associations for over twenty one years and the City and County of Swansea were so impressed with Metal-Kote that they demanded it be used on the large Penlan project.
